Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading sales efforts and driving revenue growth for Spacion Business Centre. In this position, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.



The role involves presenting serviced office solutions and associated services, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals aligned with company targets. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction, gather market insights, and contribute to sales strategy and planning. Daily activities also include reporting on sales performance, mentoring junior sales staff, and representing the company at meetings, events, and client visits.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sales management, business development, and account management, ideally within commercial real estate, coworking, or serviced office environments.
Strong capabilities in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to tailor solutions to diverse business needs and budgets.
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
