GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
As a Compensation Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering regional Compensation and Benefits activities across the region, by using analytical, team-oriented and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality outcomes for the People Organization, the business and other stakeholders relating to compensation. With a focus on operational, analytical, regulatory, program lead and administrative work, you will deliver day-to-day, cyclical, regulatory, and project-based compensation and benefits activity accurately, consistently, and on time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and coordinate tasks, documentation, trackers, approvals, and stakeholder follow-ups for assigned compensation and benefits activities across the compensation remit.
