Role Purpose:
The Plant HR Manager will serve as a strategic HR partner to the manufacturing leadership team, ensuring effective implementation of talent, performance, workforce planning, capability development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations. The role is responsible for building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, and enabling business growth through people practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
Partner with Plant Head and functional leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
Provide HR insights to improve workforce productivity, organizational effectiveness, and employee capability.
Support leaders in driving performance, accountability, and talent development.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Drive manpower planning in line with business growth plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and specialist positions.
Ensure timely onboarding and integration of current hires.
Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
3. Performance Management
Drive annual goal setting, mid-year, and year-end performance review processes.
Support leaders in performance coaching and development discussions.
Facilitate talent review, succession planning, and leadership assessments.
Ensure performance management practices are aligned across departments.
4. Learning & Capability Development
Identify skill gaps and capability-building opportunities across functions.
Implement technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
Drive training effectiveness and capability enhancement initiatives.
Support career development and internal mobility programs.
5. Organizational Development
Lead organization structure reviews and workforce optimization initiatives.
Support change management and business transformation projects.
