Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, present property offerings, conduct site visits, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining project features and pricing, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through documentation and closing processes. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams for smooth transactions,



and contributing to sales strategies and promotional activities. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on inventory, market trends, and company policies.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and provide a positive client experience.
Demonstrated Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals.
Experience in Training or mentoring team members on product knowledge or sales processes is an advantage.
Basic Sales Management skills, such as tracking performance, reporting, and supporting sales planning, are beneficial.
Knowledge of real estate sales or related industry experience is preferred.
