We work closely with customers to understand their stories, ideas, and preferences, and turn them into personalised jewellery through our design and technology-led process.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive Intern who can take ownership of customer conversations from the first enquiry to conversion.
You will work directly with potential customers, understand their requirements, guide them through the buying process, coordinate with the design team, and help close sales.
This is a hands-on sales role where you will get real experience in customer acquisition, consultative selling, follow-ups, and closing.
What You'll Do
Respond to and qualify leads coming through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels
Speak with customers over calls and WhatsApp to understand their jewellery requirements
Understand customer budget, preferences, and timeline
Explain our personalised jewellery process and guide customers through it
Follow up consistently with interested customers
Coordinate with the design and production teams to move orders forward
Maintain accurate lead and sales information in our CRM
Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
Identify opportunities to improve our sales process and customer experience
Who We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp
Confident, energetic, and proactive
Positive follow-up discipline
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Interest in sales, startups, and entrepreneurship
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
