Role Description
The Freight Operations role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves coordinating daily freight forwarding and consolidation activities, including booking shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely customs clearance for air and sea cargo. The individual will monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics.
Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records,



supporting process improvements, assisting with rate negotiations, and contributing to service quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
