Role Summary
The Program Director, SAP Fieldglass SOW Management, is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for enterprise-wide Statement of Work (SOW) programs managed through SAP Fieldglass. The role drives end-to-end SOW lifecycle management including SOW drafting support, approvals, milestone governance, invoice management, supplier performance, compliance, spend optimization, and process transformation.
The position serves as the senior escalation point for complex SOW engagements and partners closely with Procurement, Business Stakeholders, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, MSPs, and Suppliers to ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, financial control, and compliance across all servic
