About the Role
We are looking for a hands on E commerce Category Manager to take ownership of category
performance, inventory planning and marketplace operations at Little Surprise Box.
This is a highly involved role sitting at the intersection of merchandising, ecommerce, inventory,
operations and marketplace management.





You will be responsible not only for keeping categories running smoothly, but also for understanding
what is selling, what is not, where inventory needs attention, how marketplace performance can
improve and what actions can drive stronger category growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, products and people, and wants
meaningful ownership rather than a narrowly defined execution role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Category Management and Performance
• Own category performance across sales, margins, growth, inventory health and customer experience
• Monitor category performance regularly and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Manage product listings, pricing, assortment and catalogue hygiene across the LSB website and
marketplaces
• Plan category assortment and pricing in line with seasonal, festive and promotional calendars
• Track category KPIs weekly and monthly and take
