Job Description: Alliance Manager
About the Role –
We are looking for an experienced Alliance Manager to drive the expansion of Koenig's OEM training partnership ecosystem. The role involves identifying and onboarding recent OEM/technology vendor partnerships, managing existing alliances, and implementing growth strategies that create mutual business value.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, engage, and acquire new OEM training partnerships where Koenig is not currently authorized.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners.
· Develop and execute alliance growth strategies to increase business opportunities and revenue.
· Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate onboarding activities with OEMs and technology vendors.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.
· Monitor market trends and identify potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
· Act as the primary point of contact for OEM alliance-related discussions and initiatives.




· Drive alliance-led business growth through strategic planning and relationship management.
· Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
· 4–9 years of experience in OEM alliance development, strategic partnerships, or business development.
· Proven experience in identifying, engaging, and onboarding OEM/technology vendor partnerships.
· Strong understanding of partnership lifecycle management and alliance growth strategies.
· Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing stakeholder relationships.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Solid business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
· Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
