Role Description The Sales Operations Intern will support the sales team with daily operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Typical responsibilities include assisting with sales data entry, updating CRM records, preparing basic reports and summaries, and helping track leads and opportunities. The intern will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to streamline workflows, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation. This is an on-site internship role based in South West Delhi,



offering hands-on experience in sales operations within a digital agency workplace.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
Effective communication skills for clear interaction with team members and clients.
Customer service skills to assist in maintaining positive client relationships and handling basic inquiries.
Foundational sales and sales operations skills to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and documentation.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and office software.
Ability to work on-site in South West Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
Interest in digital marketing, web development services, and learning about agency sales processes.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
