Positive understanding of hooks, retention, pacing and visual rhythm
Strong research skills and curiosity about politics, news and current affairs

Big Plus
Experience working on social media/news/political pages
Understanding of social-media analytics and content performance
Experience with CapCut, DaVinci, Runway, Firefly or other AI tools
Most importantly...
We’re not looking for someone who just knows how to edit.
We’re looking for someone who sees a story and thinks:
“There’s a better hook.”
“This is the interesting angle.”
“People will drop off here.”
“This can be a much better Reel.”
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
