Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and support UiPath automation solutions.
Build internal automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Enhance existing automations to improve performance, stability, and scalability.
Develop solutions using Python and Power Automate.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities, APIs, chatbots, and cloud services.




Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and automation optimization.
Maintain technical documentation, testing, compliance, and change management standards.
Identify automation opportunities and track business value (time saved, effort reduced).
Required Skills
Strong expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and Python.
Experience with AWS cloud services.
Understanding of Process Design Documents (PDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced support workplace.
