Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Sales Specialist to help us onboard early users, build partnerships, and drive growth as we prepare to launch. This is a part-time, remote role — perfect for someone who wants real startup experience and the chance to shape a product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential users, freelancers, and partners for early platform adoption
• Pitch Grit&Gigs;’ value proposition to individuals and businesses
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outreach (social media,



email, calls)
• Gather user feedback and relay insights to the product team
• Support pre-launch marketing campaigns and community-building efforts

Requirements

Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Interest in startups, sales, or business development
• Prior sales/outreach experience is a plus, not mandatory
• Based in India (Chennai/Tamil Nadu preferred but not required)
