HR Executive / HR Generalist – Recruitment & HR Operations

We are looking for a proactive and high-ownership HR professional who is passionate about building structured, productive, and technology-enabled HR processes rather than simply managing routine activities.

The role will work closely with leadership to strengthen recruitment, employee operations, HR systems, reporting, and process digitization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, handling employee matters with confidentiality, and using data and technology to improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for plant and corporate/office positions.
Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support successful joining of candidates.
Support recruitment for technical, digital,



and data-oriented roles required for business and process digitization.
Maintain an accurate recruitment pipeline, hiring tracker, and recruitment MIS.
Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Onboarding & HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities, ensuring a smooth joining experience.
Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records, including offer letters, appointment letters, agreements, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee data and ensure timely updates related to joining, exits, leave, attendance, and employee changes.
Coordinate with the senior HR/payroll team in Ajmer to ensure accurate and timely sharing of employee information.
Ensure HR documentation and processes are maintained in accordance with organizational policies.
