We are looking for a mature and hands-on Head of People Excellence & Performance who can help PrimeWealth build a high-accountability, high-ownership team.
The person will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, OKR tracking, weekly reflection systems, employee coaching, manager support, documentation, and overall people operations.
We will give high preference to HR professionals who have worked in high-growth companies and have helped teams scale from a small team to a larger, more structured organization.
This role is ideal for someone who has seen the journey of a founder-led company moving from informal people practices to a more structured, performance-driven organization.

1. People Operations
You will own the complete employee lifecycle at PrimeWealth.
This includes:
Hiring process and interview coordination
Offer letters and onboarding documentation
Joining formalities
Probation reviews
Confirmation process
Leave and attendance discipline
HR policies and employee records
Exit documentation and handover process




You should be able to bring structure without making the company bureaucratic.

2. Hiring and Team Scaling
PrimeWealth is entering a phase where hiring quality will directly impact business quality.
You will help us build a structured hiring process for roles across advisory, planning, operations, client servicing, content, and leadership support.
You will be expected to:
Create role scorecards
Define hiring criteria
Improve interview processes
Help identify ownership-driven candidates
Build onboarding plans for new hires
Ensure every current team member understands the culture, expectations, and quality standards of PrimeWealth
We strongly prefer someone who has previously helped a small or mid-sized company scale its team in a structured way.

3. OKR and Performance Tracking
A major part of this role will be to ensure that team members are clear about their goals and are making progress every week.
