Job Description
Get to know the Team:
Come join the Consumer Experience (CX) Engineering team. We work on a diverse set of consumer experience problems for our users. These problems span across core experiences, powering the UX navigation and transaction funnels, content and service discovery, user engagement, and the mobile application developer experience for the Grab app.
Get to know the Role:
This position is for the consumer application core team. The team works on a highly technical and complex roadmap of initiatives. The initiatives cover mobile developer experience,



internal generative AI tools, our design system, and a diverse set of platform health metrics. We are looking for a highly autonomous and hands-on Engineering Manager II to drive the strategy, execution, delivery and people management of this team.
You will work onsite at the Grab Bengaluru office and will be reporting to Senior Engineering Manager
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Lead a team of iOS and Android mobile engineers across to strategize and deliver a high impact roadmap that raises the bar on application health and developer experience
Lead the half yearly planning and build a smooth execution plan with the team for securing the delivery of the engineering roadmap, you are the ultimate owner of the successful delivery and rollout of your roadmap.
