? Main Role

Conduct and support field and farm-level research trials to evaluate the bio-efficacy and performance of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, PGRs, and biological products,



contributing to the development of innovative crop protection solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

‣ Plan and conduct bio-efficacy and comparative field trials for crop protection products.

‣ Identify trial locations, coordinate with farmers, and monitor crop health and trial conditions.

‣ Collect, analyze, and document trial data and prepare technical reports.

‣ Conduct market surveys to track emerging pests, diseases, current molecules, competitors, and regulatory developments.

‣ Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, product campaigns, and technical training programs.

‣ Coordinate with R&D;, Portfolio, Marketing, distributors, and farmers for product evaluation.

‣ Provide technical support and contribute to product development initiatives.
