Account Management / Client Servicing & Operations Executive Goa · Full time · Things move fast here Reports to Head of Client Servicing Compensation Based On Experience Growth path Senior Account Executive → Account Manager within 12–18 months, based on performance THE SHORT VERSION There are a lot of moving parts at Mélange — clients, campaigns, creators, flights, hotels, deadlines, files, approvals, shoots, more deadlines. We're looking for someone who actually likes being the person who keeps all of it moving. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Manage day-to-day client communication and follow-ups • Keep projects moving on Zoho Projects (or a similar tool) — tasks, timelines, owners, deliverables • Coordinate between clients, internal teams, vendors and partners • Keep project folders, files, briefs and assets clean, organised and easy to find • Track what's pending and make sure people don't forget what they promised • Handle flight bookings, hotels, visas, itineraries and other travel logistics • Help coordinate shoots,



campaigns and meetings • Spot problems before they become everyone's problem If something needs to happen, you'll know about it. If something isn't happening, you'll find out why. And if someone says “I'll send it in five minutes,” you'll remember to check six minutes later. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 6 MONTHS • Your accounts run without status-check chasing — clients and internal teams trust your updates • Zero missed deadlines due to lost files, unclear owners, or dropped follow-ups • You're the first call when something needs to move fast — not the last to find out WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 2–3 years in account management, client servicing, project coordination or operations • Experience managing projects on Zoho Projects or a similar tool • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Genuinely organised — not “I have a system,” actually organised • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once • Good with clients, people and deadlines • Comfortable han
