Role : Xceptor Architect Exp level: 15+ years overall and Must have 7+ years exp XCeptor development Location : Mumbai work from office 2-3 days every week Notice period : Max 15 to 30 days JD : Mandate skill:1. Core Technical Skills- Deep expertise in Xceptor platform architecture, configuration, and development with overall experience 15+ years- Experience designing data pipelines, transformation workflows, and automation solutions- Knowledge of data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and system integrations (APIs, messaging)- Prior experience any reconciliation platforms like Smart Stream TLM, Intellimatch, Gresham, Duco, Recon Frontier, Blackline2. Domain Knowledge- Strong understanding of capital markets and OTC derivatives- Experience with trade lifecycle, reconciliation processes, and exception management3.
Leadership & Delivery- Proven experience leading large-scale migration or transformation programs- Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills4. Soft Skills- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders- Solid collaboration skills in a co-located / hybrid environment5.
