Job Description – Manager / Assistant Manager – Placements & Corporate Relations
Locations: Delhi | Pune | Hyderabad | Bangalore

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placements / Corporate Relations professional to drive corporate engagement, placement opportunities, and industry partnerships for our MBA/PGDM students.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in campus placements, corporate relations, employer engagement, and business development, with an established network across corporates, SMEs, startups, consulting firms, BFSI, IT/ITES, FMCG, manufacturing, and other relevant sectors.
The role will involve building and managing long-term relationships with companies, understanding their talent requirements, and converting these relationships into meaningful placement and internship opportunities for MBA/PGDM students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Relations & Employer Engagement




Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, SMEs, startups, MNCs, and recruitment firms.
Identify and onboard new companies for campus placements and internship opportunities.
Build a strong employer database across multiple industries and functions.
Engage with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Leaders, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
Conduct regular corporate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, networking events, and industry connects.
Understand current and future hiring requirements of companies and align them with student profiles.
2. Campus Placements
Drive the end-to-end placement process for MBA/PGDM students.
Develop placement strategies based on student specialization, skills, experience, and industry requirements.
Coordinate with companies for JD sharing, candidate shortlisting, assessments, interviews, and final selections.
Manage campus recruitment drives, pool hiring,
