Rigved Technologies is looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Recruiter to manage enterprise technology hiring for large client accounts.
This is NOT an internal corporate Talent Acquisition / HRBP / HR Operations role.
The position is focused on client-based IT staffing, subcontract/C2H/RPO-style hiring, technical candidate screening, daily delivery and joining closures.

Source candidates personally using Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn.
Build exact Boolean searches.
Conduct recruiter-level technical L1 screening.
Distinguish genuine hands-on experience from CV keyword matching.
Handle contract staffing / C2H / subcontract / RPO requirements.
Manage candidates from sourcing through interview,
offer and joining.
Work against client SLAs, submission targets and closure targets.
Handle multiple urgent requirements simultaneously.
