Key Responsibilities

Design and produce engaging YouTube thumbnails that capture viewer attention and enhance video content.
Create visually compelling social media posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, tailored to platform requirements.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet brand and client expectations.
Develop layouts, graphics, and color schemes that communicate the intended message and maintain visual consistency.




Create branding materials for events, ensuring traditional and spiritual aesthetics when needed.
Keep up-to-date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the designs.
Manage a library of assets and templates for efficient project turnaround.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails and social media post designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Robust sense of layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
Knowledge of design requirements for social media platforms.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Creative mindset and understanding of spiritual and cultural aesthetics for relevant projects.
