We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in YouTube marketing and social media campaign management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and strategic campaign creation to drive growth across social channels, especially YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, focusing on YouTube and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Manage and grow the company’s and clients' YouTube channels through targeted strategies, including keyword optimization, SEO, and engaging content.
Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and engagement goals.




Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling posts, videos, and promotional materials aligned with campaign objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and YouTube marketing to ensure strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and create content strategies accordingly.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media, optimizing ad spend and performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful YouTube and social media campaigns.
Proficiency in YouTube Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with hands-on experience creating and managing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and metrics.
Analytical mindset to track performance and provide insights.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
