About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-obsessed Associate Product Manager to join our Personal Loans team. This role sits at the heart of our lending business — you will own the end-to-end experience of integrating lending partners onto our platform, optimizing loan origination journeys, and building products that customers genuinely trust.

This is an early-career role open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience. Prior lending knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite — we will set you up for success.

What You Will Do
Own end-to-end onboarding and integration of current lending partners onto our platform, working closely with engineering, operations, and business teams.




Continuously audit and improve the loan application journey — from landing to disbursal — to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion.
Identify friction points in the funnel using data and customer feedback, and work with engineering and design to ship fixes fast.
Be the voice of the customer within the product team — regularly speak to customers, collect structured feedback, identify recurring pain points, escalations, and failure patterns and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
Track customer trust metrics — NPS, repeat usage, complaint rates — and own initiatives that move these numbers.
Act as a bridge between customer support and product — triage high-impact issues, prioritize fixes, and close the loop with affected users.
