Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant (Onsite / Mumbai)Experience: 6+ Years Location: Mumbai Work Mode: On-site – 4 Days/Week About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Service Now to support a client engagement in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and the Service Now Platform, with particular strength in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and implement Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform. Work extensively on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations. Configure and maintain HAM and SAM capabilities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now technical solutions. Develop and customize Service Now applications, workflows/flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.



Troubleshoot complex Service Now technical issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure adherence to Service Now development best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines. Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. Participate in technical discussions, requirement workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer. Mandatory Skills5+ years of overall Service Now experience. Solid hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Service Now Platform. Strong expertise in: CMDB / CSDMDiscovery Service Mapping Event Management HAMSAMStrong Service Now scripting knowledge, including Java Script. Experience with Service Now integrations and APIs.
