most critical application - Core Banking.

objectives and goals. Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team
and delivering high-quality support services.

The role delivers information technology solutions to meet business and
functional requirements. Responsible for managing the SDLC of Change Management
in Core Banking from business requirements to technical specifications,
delivery, and post-implementation maintenance activities.

Accountable for supporting and managing the Core Banking system, which can
impact the bank with financial losses, reputational issues, regulator
warnings/penalties, and operational losses.

Responsible for leading the Core Production Support function within SLA,
schedule, budget, and scope parameters, including testing and overseeing quality
and compliance controls throughout the project life cycle.

The role delivers information technology solutions to meet business and

technologies, establishing a robust, scalable, and resilient platform.

stability, monitoring and control, capacity management, and incident
