Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for OneStrategy.digital. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach,



preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to shape tailored growth, brand, and automation solutions. The Business Development Manager will track pipeline metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular forecasts and performance reports. The role also involves participating in strategy discussions, gathering market insights, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service offerings and go-to-market approaches.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation abilities.
