Job Title: Assistant Manager- Warehouse & Logistics

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including Inventory, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward stock.
* Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production,



and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
* Plan and coordinate deliveries, routes, and logistics requirements.
* Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* Manage and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and logistics partners.
* Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock, dispatches, and deliveries.
* Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of products within the warehouse.
* Track logistics costs and work towards improving operational efficiency.
* Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports related to warehouse and logistics operations.
* Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.Required Skills
* Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management will be an advantage.
* 5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
