Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in both structural and finishing works of high-rise residential projects. Candidates who have completed a project from excavation to handover will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute structural works including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and Mivan formwork.




Manage finishing activities such as block work, plastering, waterproofing, painting, gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, marble, cladding, screed, and landscaping.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct snagging, rectification, and handover of completed units.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely execution.
Monitor material quality and adherence to construction standards.

Required Skills

Solid experience in both structural and finishing execution of high-rise residential buildings.
Hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
Experience in project completion and handover processes.
