Role Description The Food & Beverage Facilitator is a full-time, in office role based in Tumkur, Karnataka. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Facilitator to join our team and support the training and development of aspiring hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage Service
• Train learners on restaurant operations, service standards, guest handling, and hygiene
• Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and learner evaluations
• Support learners in developing industry-ready skills
• Coordinate with the placement and industry engagement team
• Maintain training records, attendance, and learner progress
• Support industrial visits, internships,



and placement activities

Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Food & Beverage Service / Hospitality Training
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong practical knowledge of hotel/restaurant operations
• Passion for teaching and mentoring youth
• Prior experience as a trainer/facilitator will be an advantage
