ABOUT VERIQ
VERIQ is India's first Aadhaar-verified social experience marketplace, connecting people to curated experiences across dining, travel, nightlife, sports, festivals, and hotels. We are building trust-first social discovery for India, currently in beta ahead of our Bangalore launch.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who lives on social media and understands how to build a brand voice from scratch. You will work directly with the founding team to execute VERIQ's pre-launch content strategy, grow our social presence, and help shape how Bangalore hears about “Scene Kya Hai?”

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram and other social platforms
• Execute the post-launch content calendar (reels, stories, static posts)
• Track engagement metrics and suggest content optimizations
• Assist with community management and responding to audience engagement
• Own marketing execution end-to-end, from zero to one, across pre-launch and post-launch
• Support influencer and host outreach for launch campaigns




• Help brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with VERIQ's brand voice
• Coordinate with design and content resources to keep posting cadence consistent
• Continue content posting and community engagement post-launch

REQUIREMENTS
• Prior experience managing or growing a social media account (personal, college society, brand, or freelance)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and short-form content
• Basic content creation skills (shooting or editing reels is a plus)
• Excellent written communication, comfortable writing captions and copy
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a quick-moving startup environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field (flexible for the right candidate)

GOOD TO HAVE
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Interest in consumer social, dating, or lifestyle apps
• Understanding of the Bangalore night
