SAP IBP / SAP e PPDS Consultant – AMSExperience: 7+ Years Role: SAP IBP / SAP e PPDS Consultant Location: Bangalore / PAN India Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP / SAP e PPDS Consultant to provide L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP S/4 HANA production planning and supply chain solutions. The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, configuration, root cause analysis, enhancements, integration support, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP IBP and SAP S/4 HANA Embedded e PPDS. Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and production issues within agreed SLAs. Perform RCA and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues. Configure and support SAP e PPDS functionalities including: Planning Procedures Heuristics Optimizer Product View DS Planning Board Capacity Planning Scheduling Profiles Support SAP IBP functionalities related to:



Demand Planning Supply Planning Response & Supply Inventory Planning S&OPKey; Figures and Planning Areas Support master data including PDS, Resources, Work Centers, Production Versions, Location/Product Master and Supply Chain Master Data. Work on change requests, enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities. Support integration between SAP IBP, e PPDS, SAP PP, MM, SD, QM and other SAP systems. Coordinate with business users, ABAP, Basis, integration, and functional teams for issue resolution. Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation where required. Support UAT, regression testing, hypercare, release and transport activities. Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Required Technical Skills Solid hands-on experience in SAP IBP and/or SAP S/4 HANA Embedded e PPDS. Strong understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling and Supply Chain Planning.
