Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis
•Conduct annual and ongoing training needs assessments across business units and departments.
•Partner with HRBPs, managers, and senior leaders to identify competency gaps and business capability requirements.
•Align learning initiatives with organizational goals, workforce development priorities, and business outcomes.
•Recommend outcome-focused learning solutions through classroom, virtual, blended, and e-learning methodologies.
•Support succession planning, employee development, and leadership pipeline initiatives.
2. Training Design & Delivery
•Design, develop, and implement instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and e-learning programs.
•Create engaging learning content including presentations, facilitator guides, participant handbooks, assessments, and learning journeys.
•Facilitate onboarding programs, leadership workshops, behavioral training, professional development, and technical/domain learning sessions.
•Deliver Current Employee Orientation in collaboration with leaders and senior team members.




•Ensure learning experiences are interactive, impactful, and aligned with adult learning principles.
3. Stakeholder & Business Partnering
•Collaborate effectively with business leaders, HR teams, SMEs, and external training partners.
•Act as a trusted Learning Business Partner to drive learning culture and performance improvement.
•Manage external vendors, trainers, and learning partners including evaluation, onboarding, procurement coordination, and governance.
•Provide recommendations on development plans, certifications, and learning interventions.
•Bring industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning approaches into the organization.
4. Learning Operations & Governance
•Manage training calendars, learning schedules, nominations, and execution logistics.
•Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) including training assignments, completion tracking, certifications, and reporting.
