Hiring: Service Now Technical Consultant | Bangalore Location: The Hub, Electronic City, Bangalore Work Model: Work from Client Office – Onsite We are looking for an experienced Service Now Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise Service Now solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and develop Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM, Project Management, and Workflow Automation. Build custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows using Service Now App Engine. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data imports with enterprise applications. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with Service Now best practices. Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and releases with minimal business disruption. Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and governance. Optimize platform performance, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively resolve technical issues. Implement RBAC, ACLs, security rules,



and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and organizational standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, configuration documents, and release notes.
