We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Stress Testing.
Purpose of the role:
Own and strengthen the Global Treasury Stress Testing 1 Line of Defense controls framework by setting consistent governance,



assurance and evidence standards across regions; drive disciplined issue/event management through to sustainable “Path to Green” closure; lead Non-Financial Risk Management meetings and climate risk controls uplift; and maintain/enhance controls processes and tooling (including Helios/Appian) to improve MI, data quality and operational efficiency while remaining audit/regulator ready.
In this role, you will:
Set and maintain the global controls operating model, minimum control requirements, and evidence expectations, aligned to Treasury/Finance controls frameworks and policy obligations.
Establish BAU governance rhythm (forums, packs, minutes, actions, escalations) and produce controls MI (KRIs/KPIs, themes, risks, ageing, Path to Green) with senior-ready narrative.
Own end-to-end issue and event management in Helios: identification, RCA, action planning, tracking, challenge/escalation, and evidence closure.
Plan and execute controls assurance/testing (control testing and thematic reviews) to confirm design and operating effectiveness; remediate gaps and embed lessons learned into
