About Pahlé India Foundation Pahlé India Foundation (PIF) is a Current Delhi-based public policy think-and-action tank founded by Dr. Rajiv Kumar,former Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog. PIF works with central and state governments, multilateral agencies, andinstitutional partners on policy research, implementation support, and advisory assignments across sectors includinggovernance, transport, infrastructure, and public administration. PIF's Northeast Regional Office, based in Guwahati,leads the Foundation's engagement across Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, and Meghalaya, including institutionalstrengthening assignments with state government departments and agencies. About the Assignment PIF is constituting its proposed Project Management Unit (PMU) for the State Road Safety Lead Agency (SRSLA), Department of Transport, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. The PMU will provide continual technical, legal, IT, andoutreach support to strengthen road safety governance, planning, implementation,



and monitoring across the State —including preparation of the Arunachal Pradesh Road Safety Vision 2030, district-wise Road Safety Action Plans, andenforcement, engineering, education, and public-transport-safety interventions delivered in line with Mo RTH and SCCo RS guidelines. This position is being hired against PIF's proposal for the SRSLA PMU assignment and is contingenton award of the assignment to PIF. Position Overview PIF is seeking a Data Analyst to lead the PMU's data management, statistical analysis, and dashboard functions. The roleis central to enabling evidence-based decision-making for SRSLA through integrated data systems and contemporary roadsafety technologies.
