Your Role: Make an Impact
In this role, you will be part of a Database Administration team responsible for the administration, availability, security, and performance of SQL Server databases and supporting cloud platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with application teams, infrastructure teams, developers, platform teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery in database management, cloud adoption, modernization, security, and operational improvement.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain SQL Server databases across development and production environments.
Perform SQL Server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and migrations, including Azure migrations.
Monitor database health, performance, availability, backup, and recovery activities.
Support SQL Server environments on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Machines, storage, and monitoring.
Provide basic administration support for Azure Databricks and Unity Catalog, including access and permissions management.
