Company is looking for someone who can work closely with the founder, Mrs Gagana Prabhu (India's Leading Cabin Crew and Soft Skills Coach) to build and grow her personal brand and business.

Who We’re Looking For
Smart, creative and proactive.
Based in Bangalore
Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms.
Hands-on experience working with mentors, individual content creators or personal brands.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing.




Extremely passionate about continuously learning and growing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
Be the founder's right hand in promoting her, her expertise and talent.
Manage her overall digital presence across social media.
Develop and execute strategies to grow her personal brand and business.
Generate 400+ quality leads per month.
Find ways to market our products and services organically through social media.
Actively look for revenue and marketing opportunities through collaborations, podcasts, speaking opportunities, guest appearances, B2B partnerships and other relevant channels.
Come up with fresh content ideas based on market analysis.
Come up with fresh, engaging and creative content ideas.
Plan the content calendar.
Plan scripts with me and coordinate shoots.
