Job Description Summary

The Product Structuring, Requirements & Interfaces Structure Leader is a strategic SPB2 role focused on leading the transformation of Configuration Management and Systems Engineering practices for product structures. The role is accountable for standardization, requirements rationalization, interface definition, and plant system structuring across the product lifecycle.

This leader will functionally guide a team of senior and lead Configuration Management professionals and will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for engineering standards, requirements management in PLM, plant system structure consistency, and MBE alignment. The role requires deep systems engineering knowledge, solid leadership capability, and the ability to coach teams and drive cross-functional execution across complex technical domains.

Roles and Responsibilities

Configuration Management and Standardization Strategy
Lead the Configuration Management standardization strategy for product structures across the organization.




Define and drive the future-state operating model for how engineering standards, requirements, and interfaces are structured and governed.
Ensure consistency and scalability of configuration practices across product lines and lifecycle stages.
Systems Engineering Transformation Leadership
Lead the Systems Engineering transformation of product structures in alignment with Systems Engineering 2030 principles.
Establish and mature the system structuring logic that connects product definition, requirements, interfaces, and plant-level execution.
Drive systems thinking behaviors within the Configuration Management community and across partner functions.
Functional Leadership of CM Team
Functionally lead a team of senior and lead Configuration Management professionals.
Provide coaching, direction, and development support to strengthen technical depth, leadership capability, and enterprise impact.
