Key Responsibilities & Requirements• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll.• Solid understanding of US Federal, State,



and Local Payroll regulations.• Hands-on experience with Earnings.• Strong knowledge of Deductions.• Experience with Tax Configuration.• Experience with Payroll Costing.• Strong understanding of Payroll Elements.• Experience with Payroll Validation & Reconciliation.• Solid experience in writing and configuring Fast Formulas is mandatory.• Ability to support payroll calculations.• Experience handling retro pay.• Experience supporting year-end payroll activities.• Experience in testing and functional validation.• Strong experience in production support and issue resolution.• Experience working with integrated Oracle HCM modules, including:o Core HRo Time & Laboro Benefits• Ability to work with business stakeholders and support end-to-end payroll functional activities.• Oracle Payroll Certification is an added advantage.
