We're Hiring: Real Estate Sales Professionals (Freshers Welcome)
Join our growing team to drive property sales by identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals across our North Bangalore and Whitefield projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential buyers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, site visits, and project presentations for clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, inventory, and competitor activity to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Negotiation and Closures: Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial terms and successfully close deals.
Documentation and Compliance: Support clients with documentation, agreements, and regulatory requirements, ensuring legal compliance throughout the transaction.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,



and client interactions in the CRM system.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal sales teams, legal advisors, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Reporting: Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights with management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Manager level: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales is needed
Executive level: Freshers are welcome to apply; we are looking for candidates with a robust willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales.
Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to building a long-term career in sales
Comfortable with a 6-day work week (weekly off on a weekday; weekends are working)
Ready to travel to project sites across Bangalore as part of the role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients professionally and work in a targe
