We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can take ownership of student acquisition.

This is not a desk only role. You will be expected to spend time on the field, meeting students, parents, schools, colleges and potential partners, while also handling cold calling, lead follow ups and admissions.

The Role

Find more potential students. Create more opportunities. Convert more admissions.
You'll work across outbound sales, field business development, student counselling, lead generation and admissions conversion.
We want someone who doesn't wait for leads to come in, but constantly asks:




“Where can our next 10 students come from?”
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
* Generate new student leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, partnerships, events and direct outreach
* Identify and approach schools, junior colleges, colleges, coaching centres, career counsellors and other relevant student networks
* Conduct regular field visits and meetings with potential partners and student communities
* Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and educational institutions
* Identify current locations, communities and channels that can generate qualified student enquiries
* Explore partnerships with organisations, businesses and individuals who can help generate student leads
2. Sales & Admissions
* Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students
* Understand a student's career goals, interests and requirements
* Counsel stud
