Role Description The Deputy Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for supporting overall branch operations and business growth. This role involves supervising sales teams, driving achievement of branch targets, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Deputy Branch Manager coordinates daily sales activities, monitors performance metrics, and implements local business development initiatives to expand the customer base. The role also includes mentoring and coaching staff, managing branch administration, and collaborating with regional leadership to execute strategic plans. Regular interaction with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders is expected to maintain strong relationships and promote Bajaj Life’s products and services.
