Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Direct Sales professional.
The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for selling residential/commercial properties, building relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals. The role may also involve providing training and support to team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and follow up with clients
Explain property details and arrange site visits
Negotiate and close sales
Maintain customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication and sales skills
Basic real estate knowledge
Graduate (BBA/BCom preferred)
