We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Engineer with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, and cloud-native technologies.

? Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions using Agentic AI & Generative AI frameworks
• Build enterprise-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop scalable applications using Python & Microservices
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) and advanced Tool Calling mechanisms
• Design and optimize workflow automation and orchestration
• Drive cloud-based AI deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Develop and drive microservice integration strategies
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems
• Lead technical teams and provide mentorship & technical guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives
? Required Skills




✅ Solid proficiency in Python
✅ Expertise in Agentic AI & GenAI frameworks – LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
✅ Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering & RAG architectures
✅ Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP AI deployments
✅ Strong experience in Microservices & Distributed Systems
✅ Experience with MCP & Tool Calling
✅ Knowledge of workflow automation & orchestration tools
✅ Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
? Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in AI, ML, automation, and cloud technologies
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
