You will take end-to-end accountability for social-first edits, from brief and raw footage to platform-ready delivery. Good short-form editing and motion-graphics capability are essential. Long-form experience is a plus, but not the primary requirement.
Responsibilities
Edit reels, paid-social cuts, campaign videos, founder-led content, product stories, and other short-form formats.
Create purposeful motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated layouts, callouts, supers, and transitions.
Own pacing, shot selection, captions, sound design, music, basic colour correction, versions, exports, and handover.
Translate briefs, scripts, references, and feedback into explicit, engaging edits without requiring frame-by-frame supervision.
Manage timelines, revisions, file organisation, and delivery quality across multiple projects.
Collaborate remotely with strategy, design, copy, performance, production, and client-facing teams.
Travel in and around Jaipur when a shoot, meeting, or project requires an on-ground presence.
Qualifications
1-5 years of relevant professional video-editing experience.
A strong portfolio of short-form edits and at least one motion-graphics-led sample.
Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects, or an equivalent professional workflow.
A clear understanding of hooks, retention, rhythm, visual hierarchy, captions, and platform conventions.
Ownership, remote-working discipline, clear communication, and reliable delivery.
Long-form editing, production experience, and reusable motion-template creation are valuable additions.
