? Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and training programs
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels
• Follow up with leads and prospective students
• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities
• Convert leads into admissions/enrollments
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build solid relationships with students
• Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets
• Maintain daily records and reports




• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process

? Requirements

✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in Counseling, Sales, BDM, Education Sales, or a related field
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
✅ Student-focused approach
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Comfortable working in an office environment
