About This Team:

The Endpoint Product Management team is responsible for the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and continuous development of the Unicon product portfolio, including the eLux operating system and Scout endpoint management. The team defines the product vision and roadmaps, translates customer and market requirements into clear priorities, and ensures alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Define and drive the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap for eLux, Scout, and the associated endpoint management ecosystem.

Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and influence product, technology, and investment decisions across the organization without direct authority.

Translate customer, partner, and market requirements into transparent product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams in agile development cycles to deliver high-quality, secure releases.
Act as the subject matter expert for Linux-based endpoints, thin clients,



and centralized endpoint management.
Drive feature lifecycle management, release planning, and end-of-life decisions.
Engage with executive stakeholders, strategic customers, technology partners, and industry leaders to shape long-term product strategy, validate investment priorities, and identify market opportunities.
Own product documentation, including functional specifications, user-facing documentation inputs, and the creation of clear, comprehensive release notes for each product release.
Collaborate closely with release management to ensure product releases are planned, executed, and delivered in accordance with the agreed release plan, quality gates, and organizational governance.
Partner with sales and marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
Ensure products meet enterprise requirements for security, manageability, performance, and compliance.
