Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented User Experience (UX) Designer to create
and deliver innovative, market-leading digital products within the energy
industry. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams
including Design, Engineering, and Product Management to design and validate
solutions for a global customer base.

The ideal candidate will leverage user research and data insights to build
scalable design systems, intuitive workflows, and user-centric interfaces that
address diverse user roles and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Champion best practices for inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design
* Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform UX strategy and
decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile SCRUM environment
* Create UX deliverables including:
* Information architecture
* User flows
* Personas
* Wireframes
* Prototypes and UI designs
* Conduct heuristic evaluations and identify improvement opportunities




* Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and leadership
* Translate complex engineering concepts into intuitive user interfaces
* Recommend improvements in process, tools, and design efficiency
* Uphold company policies, ethics, and standards

Skills:

* 4+ years of experience in product/UX design for complex SaaS platforms or
enterprise B2B applications
* Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
* Strong understanding of:
* Information architecture
* Interaction design
* Scalable design systems
* Ability to synthesize research insights into clear workflows and solutions
* Solid portfolio demonstrating:
* Complex UX problem-solving
* Systems-level design thinking
* Data visualization for situational awareness
* High-fidelity UI design
* Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments
* Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly interfaces
* Strong communication and stakeholder managem
