The role
We are looking for an Account Director, having 6+yrs of experience-Mumbai to own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise clients.
Your mandate is to turn established relationships into larger, multi-service engagements: identify new buyers, uncover business and technology priorities, create opportunities and convert them into profitable revenue.
This is a quota-carrying account-growth role. Success means expanding our presence across teams, departments and geographies while protecting the existing business.

Key responsibilities
Own account growth: Build and execute account plans with transparent revenue targets, expansion opportunities, stakeholder maps and milestones.
Identify whom to sell to: Map decision-makers, budget owners,



influencers and procurement stakeholders beyond our existing contacts.
Build senior relationships: Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, data leaders and business heads.
Create demand: Uncover upcoming initiatives, delivery gaps and opportunities to expand teams or introduce additional services.
Lead discovery: Understand the client’s problem, current environment, priorities, budget, buying process and desired outcomes.
Drive opportunities to closure: Own qualification, proposals, commercial negotiations and contracting, coordinating with presales and delivery.
Expand engagement models: Identify opportunities to move from individual engineering deployments to dedicated pods, projects and capability centres.
Protect account health: Partner with delivery and customer success to address risks, retain business and support renewals.
